UX Manager Job Description
Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced UX Manager to lead and oversee the user experience design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing intuitive, user-centered designs, driving UX strategy, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to create seamless digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- UX Strategy & Vision: Define and drive the UX vision, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Team Leadership: Hire, mentor, and manage UX designers, fostering creativity and collaboration.
- User Research & Insights: Conduct user research, analyze feedback, and translate insights into design solutions.
- Design Process Management: Oversee wireframes, prototypes, and usability testing to enhance user interactions.
- Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure a seamless design workflow.
- Usability & Accessibility: Ensure designs meet usability, accessibility, and industry best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in UX/UI design, with leadership experience in managing design teams.
- Strong expertise in design thinking, user research, and interaction design.
- Proficiency in UX tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Axure).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Understanding of front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field.
